I am licensed to perform marriage and funeral ceremonies in California.

I provide tutoring to new Christians and to non-Christians on biblical concepts, how to read and understand the Bible, and how to understand the ways that God is calling you. Rate is $40/hr.

I am available as a freelance writer for Christian publications. See examples of my work on this blog.

I also provide travel consulting. I have been to 105 countries in the past 16 years and am the author of The Anxious Traveler: How to Overcome Your Fear to Travel the World (see theanxioustraveler.com for list of media coverage and blog excerpts). Typically I need to review your proposed travel itinerary, interests, limitations, and travel goals so that I can identify what can go wrong on your trip, how to avoid it, and how to make the most of your valuable time abroad. Rate is $40/hr.

Please note that I also work full time, so time slots are limited.
